Our client, in the Sales sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join its team.

Responsibilities:

Sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals in a timely manner.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

Marketing:
Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns to promote our products/services.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email, and website.
Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand awareness.
Analyze marketing data and track campaign performance to optimize results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Provide regular updates and reports on sales and marketing activities.

what you need to know

Profiles:

Bachelor's degree in sales and Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in sales and/or marketing roles, preferably in construction.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques is defintely a plus.
Hold a valid driving license.
