Our client in the distribution sector is seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk who will report to the Accountant and Managing Director.

Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payabe and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness:
- Accounts Payable (process and verify invoices purchase orders).
- Accounts Receivable (process invoices - debtors ageing)

Collaborate with the finance team to maintain up to date financial records.

Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to Sales Departments.

what you need to know

Profile:

HSC/Degree in Accounting or ACCA Level 1.
Proficiency in Microsoft Tools.
Minimum 1 year experience in the field.
Knowledge of Accounting Software (Sage Evolution).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team Player.
Strong computer skills.
