Our client in the banking sector is seeking to recruit a Client Execution Manager who will manage and execute the Flow Sales deal execution process for diverse types of financial instruments to meet deal requirements for clients whilst adhering to compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provide clients with relevant advice and appropriate risk-management solutions based on product developments, industry trends and market regulations, and inform clients of currency / commodity movements to support their day-to-day decision making, and where required involve relevant specialists.
Develop a long-term and trusting partnership with the portfolio of clients to ensure effective representation of client businesses to enhance their portfolio and unlock greater value for clients and their investors.
Timeously execute deals and place orders (Buy / Sell) on the system for client.
Receive price requests and set varied price based on baseline pricing keeping in line with the market vision and trading strategy.
Collect and research data and help with the analysis of current and expected market developments and trends.
Stay abreast of product developments and industry relevant market regulations and give input on any changes in the product portfolio or in legislation that may affect operations.
Ensure and maintain client satisfaction. Work with the Sales, Traders and Operations to ensure daily operational efficiency while minimising market risk and firm exposure.

what you need to know

Profile:

BSc (Hons) in Commerce.
At least 1 to 2 years' experience in a similar position.
Basic understanding of trading deal execution, financial markets analysis.
Understanding and experience in the asset management sector / financial services.
The ability to understand the current and future organizational environment including the economical and regulatory impact.
Ability to retain existing customers or clients, diagnose their needs and present product feature and benefits to retain their business.
The ability to analyse customer needs by engaging with them, analysing their personal financial objectives as well as their current financial position.
Knowledge of equity derivative product, electronic trading engines, prime brokerage and other institutional equity products.
Local and international Market Knowledge.
