Our client in the Logistic sector is seeking to recruit an Assistant Accountant who will report to the Regional Financial Manager.

Responsibilities:

Preparation of monthly Management accounts and bookkeeping.
Updating monthly key reports for analysis.
Preparing account reconciliations.
Preparing and updating payment file.
Intercompany reconciliation.
Analysis of billing invoices.
Monitor accounts payable and perform supplier reconciliations.
Sales reconciliation.
Maintaining accruals and prepayments schedule.
Assisting with Annual Financial Statements.
Prepare supporting schedules for audit and assisting with audit queries.
Updating of Daily Cash Flow.
Prepare and submit report as and when requested.
Assisting with administrative tasks.

what you need to know

Profile:

Pursuing ACCA qualification with minimum ACCA level 1 completed.
Minimum 5 years' experience in an accounting environment, preferably logistics sector/Offshore company.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
Knowledge of Quickbooks.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Strong accounting and financial background.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
