Our client in the manufacturing sector is seeking to recruit a Production Manager who will oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
Plan and draw up a production schedule every three week.
In charge of production workshop.
Set up quality standards.
Liaise with different departments, teams, and companies.
Control daily productivity of each worker.
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed.
Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programs.
Control daily percentage production.
Daily meeting with team leaders.
Weekly meeting and production report for Madagascar.
Plan expedition to send to Madagascar.
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are always followed.
Supervise and motivate a team of workers.
Review worker performance and identify training needs.
what you need to know
Profile:
Diploma or Degree in Operations Management or any equivalent qualification.
At least 4 years' experience in a similar position or in Production field.
Knowledge with injection machine would be an advantage.
Planning and Organization skills.
Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
Good communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate others to meet deadlines.
Results-driven approach to work.
Ability to work in a logical, systematic manner.
