Our client in the logistic sector is seeking to recruit for the post of Secretary / Administrative Officer.

Responsibilities:

Living by the values of the company.
Manage the agenda of the CEO.
Channeling internal and external business information to facilitate business.
Manage business travel arrangement locally and overseas
Filing of documents/Contracts
Follow up on Licenses & Permits
Monitoring office supplies: Order supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Ensure compliance with law and other regulatory bodies.
Act as secretary to meetings and prepare minutes accordingly.
Provide support to organise Conferences & Events and other office activities.
Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities.
Monitoring Management attendance and reporting.

what you need to know

Profile:

Higher School Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Management.
At least 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Dynamic with a charming personality.
Positive mind-set with multi-skilling abilities for engaged learning.
Excellent communication aptitudes in both English and French.
Attention to details with the capacity to meet challenging deadlines.
