Our client is seeking to recruit an organized and efficient Operations Administration Officer to coordinate and oversee our organization's operations reporting to the Operations Manager.

As an integrated team member of the Quality Assurance program handle administrative tasks, oversee the implementation of company policies, and ensure that operations are efficient and align with the company's business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and procurement
Manage and maintain budget and financial records
Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency and make improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Develop and implement operational procedures and systems
Oversee and supervise staff, and manage workload distribution
Provide administrative support to management and other staff
Assist with strategic planning and goal-setting for the organization
Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations
Coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables and ensure they are completed on time and within budget

what you need to know

Profile:

BSc degree in Business Administration, Operations Management , Quality Management or relevant field.
Proven work experience in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software.
Knowledge of business operations and procedures.
Experience in quality assurance and quality system management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of business operations.
