Our client in the wealth management services is seeking to recruit a Senior Corporate Administrator to join its Shared Corporate Services team. The incumbent will report directly to the Manager and will include assisting the Manager and Director in the day to day management of the Shared Corporate Services team.
Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of Clients with varying structures including Trusts and Companies.
Carry out due diligence and ensuring ongoing compliance.
Preparation of Trust and Company documentation, including resolutions, minutes and ancillary documents.
Monitor Client assets.
Liaise with Clients, their advisers and third party service providers.
Execute Client transactions.
Ensure that all business activities are in compliance with legal, regulatory standards and bank requirements.
Assist in the designing and implementing of policies and processes with an excellent understanding of the different products offered by the Group.
Help with the administration of companies and trusts, including global business companies, collective investment schemes, protected cell companies, and other structures as provided by the Group.
what you need to know
Profile:
Relevant degree in Finance, Law, Management or Financial-related subject or equivalent.
ICSA or STEP qualified or equivalent.
Experience in administering Trusts, Funds and Companies.
Experience of compliance will be an added advantage.
Ability to identify risks associated with client transactions, evaluate them and take decisions.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational skills to plan, prioritise and deliver operational workload within the team.
Ability to make sound and timely decisions based on an analysis of the relevant information and deliver innovative solutions to problems.
