Our client in the engineering sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic HR & Talent Manager.
Responsibilities:
Human Capital Developer:
Define and manage the recruitment plan, based on HRM strategy and the company strategy.
Support HOD in setting up and implementing mentoring plan. Adapt as per strategical requirement.
Be recognized by employee as the main point of contact for career management and advise in line with HOD needs and recommendations.
Ensure that vacant positions are filled within 1 month from request made by HOD.
Ensure the group talent management framework is well.
Strategic HR :
Accompany YA in the implementation of strategic plan in line with Talent Needs.
Finalise present and implement the HR strategic plan for the company.
Set up the framework to ease decision making with a clear understanding of Competences and Performance.
HR Operations:
Ensure HR support to reach technician efficiency.
Ensure support to HOD in driving Team performance, follow up on Objectives and motivation/reward plans.
Ensure all HR operations are managed with zero occurrences (errors in payroll/errors in HR files/Leave Management).
Employee Engagement and Empowerment:
Develop/Present and Implement the Employee Involvement and participation plan.
Plan and animate sessions with employee group and management team for employee involvement in decision making.
Regularly assess the level of engagement & empowerment of employee.
Recruitment and Selection:
Ensure JO are clear and aligned with job requirements before posting to attract best talents and provide with full onboarding process.
Ensure succession planning are clear and set in an ongoing process for key positions.
Build on Knowledge of the Reunion market in terms of salary bands/ key sources of young talents/ main stakeholders and recruitment process.
Employee welfare Events:
Plan and Execute the Engagement plan withing defined budget and timeframe.
Support the Chair of the engagement committee.
Ensure planning and organization of 1 yearly executive team building event.
Health and Safety Quality and Environment:
Ensure H&S dashboard are updated and provide with clear action plan.
Ensure H&S committee is compliant.
what you need to know
Profile:
At least Degree Holder in HRM or related courses.
At least 7 years of working experience with at least 2 years in a management position.
Communication Skill.
Leadership & People Management.
Organisational Skill and Strategic Thinking.
In depth knowledge of Labor Law and Payroll process.
