Our client in the Sales sector is seeking to recruit an After-Sales Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing the after-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This role involves managing post-sales services, addressing customer complaints, and ensuring that the company's products and services meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the after-sales team to ensure high-quality customer service. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.
Train, motivate, and lead the after-sales team to achieve set objectives and targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
Develop and implement strategies to improve after-sales services. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Provide insights and recommendations based on customer feedback.
Oversee the management of spare parts and after-sales inventory to ensure availability and timely delivery to customers.
Ensure that all after-sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
