Our client is seeking to recruit an Assistant Company Secretary who will ensure compliance and effective governance practices for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of statutory records and compliance documentation.
Support the organization and documentation of board meetings, including drafting minutes and action items.
Ensure corporate governance practices are adhered to and assist in implementing relevant policies.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance and governance matters.
Help coordinate the annual general meeting and other shareholder communications.

what you need to know

Profile:

Law degree with knowledge of corporate law/ partially ICSA qualified or pursuing ICSA certification is a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
