Manage, motivate and lead the various managers and teams within the company
Responsible for all the local teams Human Resources and General Office Management
Serve as the chair person and lead the executive management committee that will propose business decisions and changes
Ensure effective and successful execution of the planned sales targets by all sales teams
Promote and ensure required growth in distributors sales through the provision and management of vehicle financing solutions to support the sales
Ensure sound financial control of the company by overseesing the finance departments directing and coordinating all the financials activities
Ensure timeous and correct reporting of the management accounts on a monthly basis
Coordinate and ensure the provision of an effective business IT platform and systems for the business to run smoothly
Ensure the ongoing daily management and reporting of the effective assessment of credit applications
Ensure the credit departments deliver fast and clear answers to customer's applications
Ensure the correct and successful execution by the collections and remarketing teams for well controlled collection of debtors, with arrears not exceeding the agreed targets
Oversee the different HR teams in recruiting, performance reviews moderations, awards and approvals of bonus allocations, incentive schemes, commission payment, leave schedules of management and arbitration in HR issues, as well as labour related and handling disciplinary issues as they occur.


Commercial degrees and qualifications in line with Financial / Banking / Leasing / Marketing studies will be a pre-requisite
Strong strategic leadership skills with the ability to provide guidance and also to adjust company strategy according to local markets and cutomers' needs
Asset Based Finance and Leasing industry proven record, with an in-depth understanding of all aspects (technical as well as functional) of the amortizing loan, operational leasing, insurance and assurance products
Experience in relationship building and working with vehicle dealerships as major clients and source of business
Proven diverse team leadership capabilities with strong ability to lead
In depth knowledge and experience of HR related functions and tools
Understanding the end to end sales, operational, finance, IT and collection processes for PI, SME and Corporate clients, with the ability to re-design and implement changes thereto
Strong communication and negotiation abilities at senior management / executive level
Excellent articulation and presentation skills, with ability to convince and to sell proposals to all types of audiences
Understanding of the purpose of legal documentations, terms and conditions, and have the ability to interpret it
