Our client in the Engineering Sector is seeking to recruit a Procurement Officer.

Responsibilities:

Monitor production and project activities to continually assess the requirement of materials & services and plan procurement of the same.
Coordinate survey to forecast the availability of materials and services.
Procure all inputs related to production/project planning.
Procure all inputs related to other operations of the Company.
Plan receipt of materials to meet target across all lines within the Company.
Arrange approvals and Purchase Orders for timely and cost-effective materials and services.
Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure timely payment to suppliers.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for ensuring material/services availability as per the requirements.
Ensure timely generation of purchase orders/completion of requirements.
Ensure proper tallying of all invoices against the Purchase Receipt Report.
Process all daily reports.
Ensure timely delivery of materials.

what you need to know

Profile:

HSC Holder.
Training in Procurement would be an advantage.
At least 2 years' experience in a similar position.
