Our client in the wholesale sector is currently seeking to recruit an Accounts Clerk who will report to the Finance Manager.
Responsibilities:
Processing of suppliers' bills in accounting software.
Issuing of cheques and processing of payments on accounting software.
Daily enter key data of financial transactions in database.
Sending quotations.
Updating and maintaining accounting databases, and processing backups.
Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Type accurately, prepare and maintain accounting documents and records.
Prepare bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements.
Reconcile accounts in a timely manner.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor in Accounting.
ACCA.
At least 2 years' experience in the same field.
Good Communications Skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
