Our client in the property sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to strengthen the Marketing team. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for marketing campaign execution, digital content management, and lifestyle/event coordination.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies for the development of marketing materials.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Assist with budget planning and campaign tracking.
Develop offline media plans and manage campaign budgets.
Digital Content Management:
Manage digital content across social media, websites, email marketing, etc.
Ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.
Create and schedule engaging social media content.
Monitor social trends and analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Support the Digital Marketing Executive in reporting and performance analysis.
Coordinate digital marketing projects and influencer collaborations.
Lifestyle & Event Coordination:
Plan and implement lifestyle activations and marketing events.
Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and stakeholders for event execution.
Develop promotional materials and monitor event KPIs for continuous improvement.
what you need to know
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, digital content management, and event coordination.
Strong understanding of digital platforms and marketing strategies.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
