Our client in the legal sector is seeking to recruit a dynamic Receptionist who will report to the Director.

Responsibilities:

Answering to telephone calls.
Welcome clients and visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and are directed to the right place.
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and events for the Director.
Follow up on appointments, and ensuring that all necessary actions are completed in a timely manner.

Profile:

HSC with at least 1-2 years of experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
Good communicator.
Attention to details.
